The Radio Dept. - Clinging To A Scheme [12", LP]
CLINGING TO A SCHEME is a lovely album by THE RADIO DEPT., a Swedish band from Lund that's been around for more than 15 years already - however this is only their 3rd album. Great songwriting on this one. They're quite often simply labelled as a shoegaze band but when you listen to this album you'll hear that it doesn't quite do them justice. They're much more than that. It's a fine mixture of indie rock, twee pop, chillwave and er... yes: shoegaze. Would love to see them perform live some day. This particular copy i have is one of the second pressing (white vinyl, 1000 pcs).
