To be honest i never heard of this band or this album until just a few weeks ago. By coincidence i came across this LP and got curious what it was, so i did a quick check on the internet - and got really blown away! I just love their sound; a great mix of shoegaze and power pop / 90's college rock. If you need references: they remind me of bands like Swervedriver, Catherine Wheel, Ride, Silversun Pickups, Nada Surf and Ringo Deathstarr, to name but a few. Damn catchy tunes, female vocals and distorted guitars; an excellent combination. This album came out in 2011 and when i visited their Facebook i noticed that they're about to release a new EP in October. Definitely something i'm gonna check out.
